Fine Homes and Renovations is a full service general contracting firm, specializing in smaller more complicated projects. A typical project for us is between $75,000 and $300,000. Our ideal scenario is the "One of a kind, One at a time approach". We are a small company that only takes on a set amount of work at any given time. Given the complex nature of our projects, we feel it is imperative to focus our full attention on a single project whenever possible.

Ideally our projects involve substantial interaction with an architectural firm to maximize the benefits of a full construction team. Not only can architects create a space that mimics the visions of our clients, but they can also save tremendous amounts of money as they aid in clarifying design issues before they become problems with the schedule or the budget.

Upon request we can provide the names of architects we have worked with in the past. We are always looking to build new relationships with architects, so if you have already chosen one, this is fine too!
