This phase includes providing clients with feasibility pricing and design consultations to define a clear scope of work and a budget. We will also discuss site logistics, day to day expectations and a construction schedule that alerts clients to key points in the project to help make design and material selections on time.
Starting a project is always an exciting day for us. The first day includes setting dust and impact protection schemes, defining the "construction zone" and creating safe access for the construction team and clients, both inside and out. Working in harmony with a team of trusted subcontractors, we keep everyone accountable throughout the entire build. From planning, to production, to the final clean, we stay focused on the goal.
As the project comes to a close, the focus shifts to getting our clients situated in the new spaces we create. This includes a thorough final clean, a walkthrough complete with tutorials on any equipment and answering any questions about the space. On most projects, clients will receive a manual for the new space. This will include all the user manuals, care and cleaning instructions for surfaces and any other job specific documents or instructions.
