Bath and Kitchen Renovation - Osterville
We have had the good fortune to work with Fine Homes and Renovations on two major renovations at our Cape house. Both projects required a lot of creativity, design, planning, and structural knowledge. Scott and Andy were amazing! On the first project, I had consulted with three design-and-build firms, an architect, and a builder. No one could design what we wanted, in fact, telling us it couldn’t be done! Finally, a friend recommended Scott. Scott and Andy designed exactly what we wanted and then executed flawlessly. A year later, for the second project, we didn’t bother consulting anyone except Fine Homes. Once again, the design and renovation were wonderful.
Scott and Andy are also very easy to work with and they communicate very well. They take the time to make sure that we were consulted on every decision. We really appreciated how well they worked with us.

Scott has a working knowledge of our and surrounding towns building codes and often long standing relationships with the various town departments.
